Okay experts in tyre mod land, I have a question for you and hope to get some insight from the gurus.

I am looking to run the following configuration on my new MY13 CU2:

Staggered configuration, 235/45/18 with 18x8.5 ET+35 on the front and 265/40/18 with 18x9.5 ET+35 on the rear.

No dropping or dumping involved - so keeping stock ride height. Questions I need answered are potential rubbing on the rear - issues about tyre width, etc.

Looking at Enkei Raijin rims, Hyper Silver on white CU2.

Many thanks in advance.

stagger is cool but you're not a rwd, put the fatter one at the front or keep them the same

it looks 'right' but it's pointless

Yeah I know but then if I had a 335i or M3 then it wouldn't be an issue :)

I want the concave look from the rims but will only get it from the 9.5 rim at the rear. Just want that fuller tyre look but without dumping it. Just need to know whether it will rub or not. I still need to drive it on country road conditions for at least 3years.

Cheers

if its stock ride height, then youd be fine. I mean itd look like a monster truck, but wont rub bcoz youre on stock height.

You'll have no problems with those specs if you don't plan to lower the car. If that's what you want, it'll be fine.
