Hey Ozhonda,

I'd like to know a rough cost of the oem parts for a facelift front end as i don't want to be ripped or anything. So far i've got a quote on

EK9 without lip but with foglights (no switch) - $330
Bonnet - $100
Replica Guards (gonna purchase of ozhonda member) - $90 (sounds good to me)

Thanks.

Genuine Ek9 ? But your pricing for the faceilft is alright i'd go with about a $500-700 budget not including other factors. You should also consider spraying the right colour. But none the less easy to do and gl with those parts. If you have trouble sourcing parts, you can import genuine parts from jdmland for alittle bit more from Jesse Streeter.com (google it) he'll buy you anything if you pay for it. GL.

Yeah my budget was about 650 without respraying. I'll just rock around like that for abit then i'll do respray the whole front end myself to save the money. Looks like i got something to do this semester break lol. And thanks for the heads up about jdmland MIKO_OL will keep it in mind.

Why bother. You already have an ej8. I used to have one back in the day and I liked it because it was a pre 98 civic with body coloured front and rear bumpers. As other memmber quoted, 750+ isn't worth it IMO. Just do front and rear swaybars, suspension and invest in a good front lip.

Nahh its just i originally planned on getting the facelifted ej8 but couldn't find any back in my days so i decided to get the pre and facelift it. And i don't plan on getting it professionally resprayed, gonna diy for experience. I got the bar and bonnet, all i need now is guards and grill.
