View Full Version : EF/ED Bride Brix Rails
Anyone know where I can get a MO Type (or bottom type mounting rail) for an 1988 ED/EF Civic to fit a Bride Brix? I've tried a few places online, but they're charging $300+. Would rather not pay $300 for a rail, but I might have to bite the bullet.
Thanks guys,
Brad.

Try JDM Concept
Cheapest way is to use existing oem seat rails and get a shop to modify them to fit new seats.

Yeah, I've just placed an order through them. Slightly more expensive than I would have liked ($290+), but at least it's going to be safer than a dodgy fix.

Yeah, I tried that first and made a few calls around for quotes and it was all relatively expensive, for the amounts they were charging I just rather buy something that's a straight fit from the box.
Thanks for the replies guys! I'll put some pictures up when they're done.

so you have ordered part number MO-H029?
how long till it arrives? I would be super greatful if you could measure the mounting holes on the rail. The part which the seat actually bolts to.

I'm damn sure hoping this rail will haha. Either way, I'm not too fussed.
Right hand drive
EF1 | EF2 | EF3 | EF9
Is what the product states.

That's the one. I'm not entirely sure when it will arrive, I'll take some measurements for you when it arrives!

Rails turned up! Forgot to take pictures, however, the mounting points for the holes are on sheets which are adjustable.. i'll link you a picture.

All in all there are multiple different mounting points.
Also, all bolts lined up perfectly.

Thanks mate. Is the build quality as expected from bride? Good quality?

Welds look solid, nothing absolutely spectacular, but still of good quality. Everything lined up, no issues there, but for what you pay for them you'd expect that.

(Crap photo I know)
The mounting holes are suitable for a bunch of different seats, but I only got the bolts for an ERGO/BRIX first generation setup. It's nice to know if I buy a new seat, all I need are some more bolts (sizes listed on instructions).
Suitable for...
Cuga, Vorga, Brix I and Brix II, Ergo I and Ergo II, XAX II, Gias II, Stradia II, RROS, Euro II, Digo, Revs, Pros, Euroster.
