[DC2R] USDM Apexi exhaust system w JDM header+JDM cat?

will the Apexi NOIR / WSII system bolt on to JDM header with the shorter JDM dc2r cat?
reason i ask is noir/wsII is by apexi usa, and those are not on jdm apexi website...
