Defect and epa notice do they both have to be cleared to drive

just wondering if i can clear my defect notice then drive untill the date on epa says i cant just dont wanna be getting in shit ?

Depends what day/date it says on your defect notice? if its past that date you can't, assuming your from Melbourne/VIC

Clear defect first, as its 7 days than after that u cant drive it, than epa as usually u hav a month or so to test n clear it
