Hi guys,

I am looking for some comments/feedback on my proposed setup. I posted a similar thread starter over on TSXClub.

Hi guys,

After having my pride and joy (MY10 CU2) smashed up and written off I am about to take delivery of a new MY12 6MT CU2. I have already sourced new rims (Enkei Raijins) and done homework on springs, minor lowering and so forth. I have a couple of questions for the TSX community (which is an awesome forum and goes great alongside Ozhonda here in Oz) and would like opinions.

I will be lowering on Eibach Pro-Kit and have chopped some photos for effect. Not sure if I should stick with my mud spats - still undecided about side skirts yet. I will also have the modulo front bumper and sports grille.

This is my old wagon with GMax rims and standard height.

This is photochopped with new rims and with estimated lowering . . .

. . . . and this is with the spats removed.

I think the third shot looks cleaner - but are unsure which way to go. The new car is at the dealers this week getting OEM fittings.

Cheers

I quite like the colour coded mudflaps... Not to mention their functional purpose of keeping mud off your car - I used to work on a construction site and without mudflaps, my car looked like a wrc racecar

As for the rims i think they look great :) I take it you're a fan of mesh style wheels?

I think that ride height would be perfect for daily driving. Loving the last pic but with the rear mudflap on. Then dont forget front lip and side skirts =p

I would love to put s type side skirts on. It is getting the Modulo bumper and grille straight from the dealer.

Nice rims. Car too low to be practical or legal. Brand new CU2 should be an MY13 as that's the current model as of end of May 2012.

Thanks mate. I looked long and hard. Originally wanted some VMR V710's but could only get them in 19's for the PCD fitment on the Euro and I didn't want to get another set of tyres. Are you referring to the photochop by simmy?
