ill get straight to the point.

- When i try to start the car its like as if the battery's dying but I can start the car.

* Turn Key, battery seems like its failing, keep the key held to start the car, and the car starts*

i turn off the radio before turning off the car.

any help would be great.

i suspect that the battery needs changing but i don't want to fork out money for that if a can fix the problem.

thanks in advance.

if you can try with another battery first and see how you go, if it cranks fine then it would indicate that your current battery is on its way out.

I'd do three things.

First thing is either to Charge your battery if you have a AC/DC charger at home(very useful, good future purchase).

If that doesn't work then it might be your battery itself. If you have a spare or try another one out and see if that helps.

If not that then it might be the starter motor or the alternator but i doubt it if your car still turns on.

Could be battery. Could be starter. Could be starter solenoid. Won't be the alternator as you don't use that to start the car.
