Hi ;)

I am looking in buying an exhaust for my car i have done abit a research on some exhaust but i am thinking of getting skunk2 megapower 60mm exhaust Or should i look into 2/5 ich exhaust.

And what would be a good headers to run with the skunk2 exhaust nothing to price etc (toda headers) something that would be good enough to run with my exhaust

thanks :honda:

For header, Fujitsubo, 5Zigen, RS-R, PLM or XForce if you're on a tight budget/can't find anything else.

Bigger budget obviously you look at things like TODA, Mugen, Spoon maybe.

60mm or 2.5" it doesn't really matter IMO but if you're just going to stick to N/A and basic mods I'd go the 60mm. If you're looking at head work later, cams etc, then I'd go the 2.5".

If your on a tight budget I suggest,
PLM headers or xforce as the best bang for bucks

Also skunk2 is good but might be abit loud with the whole cannon thing, so if you want get a
Xforce twin loop which is excellent for the price and quieter
Which will keep you away in the boys in blue.

It will cost pretty much the same IMO

Let me know aswell if u need any help and parts

Stainless steel gives you a raspy sound. Mild steel gives you a throbbing sound.

Vast majority of pre-fabricated aftermarket exhausts are stainless. Mostly custom exhausts have the mild steel option.

And yes, get a high-flow cat that matches the size of your cat-back. 100CEL.

OEM type r 4-1
PLM Makes good replica's
Or find cheap Mugen 4-1

Yes 100 cell high flow, but it doesn't pass emissions...just letting you know

It would work, but you will create a bottleneck type effect. Also your exhaust shop will need to weld on a 2.5" to 2 1/4" adaptor type thing (not sure what it is called exactly) or expand the opening of your exhaust OR make the collector of the header from 2.5" to 2 1/4", most likely costing you more.

yeah its good for the price and its much quieter then other cannon like exhaust and gives a nice tone aswell. Even though its quieter it wont effect the performance

Personally I like the Fujitsubo Power Getter. Cannon but great tone and not that loud. Looks awesome.

2" header outlet is fine btw as long as your cat and catback are bigger.

I have the X-force 4-2-1 headers, 100 cell cat and a X-force twinloop.. Sounds great! Not to loud commuting but really opens up when you hit V-tec!

Good bang for buck!

Yeah i can defiantly feel a difference in torque in the lower RPMS, i have also CAI injen and a hondata s300 tuned by BYP! Do those mods and you will love it.

I've just recently installed toda headers, high flow cat and fujitsubo rm01a...

There is definitely a noticeable power/torque increase though I can tell the car definitely needs a tune!!!

Headers make a great sound, and the exhaust is very quiet which is exactly what I wanted as the car doesn't drone and is very quiet until you want it to be loud :)

Very happy with the parts but even with cheaper parts try and get a quiet exhaust and headers with good midrange and you'll be happy :)
