Installing dynamat speaker kit

Looking at installing the dynamat speaker kit on my front doors.

At what stage should it be installed?

Between the door and the plastic basket?

Or between the speaker and the plastic basket?

Or both?

Or between the speaker and the plastic basket? What is this plastic basket your talking about
