NGK BKR7E-11 for Integra VTiR

Basic question

These OK to run in a bone stock DC2 VTiR with 170 xxxkm? Or has anyone had experience running these plugs?

They will run a bit cold and could get carbon buildup potentially.

The USDM type r runs those plugs stock. They can also be used as standard plugs in the Audm/JDM type r. So to give you an idea of how modified.. Type r mods.

have you had a look at the old plugs? if the old plugs have sight of over heat (white), then u can run 1 range colder.

Nah not yet. I might do that when i get a chance actually.

I have an NGK park book that says the AUDM Type R runs plugs with heat range 5 which i find very hard to believe...

Would it be showing too hot if the plugs have only been in for about 2000km, or would they need to be run longer?
