got this CEL for a day or 2 then it went away by itself. The car is an 08 Accord sedan 2.4L. It first happened when the wife was driving and being typical female, didn't bother to tell me about it. Car drives normal. Can anyone tell me where the crankshaft sensor is on the Accord so I can check the connection?
The only mod on the car is a DIY pvc pipe CAI.

In answering the question, the camshaft sensors are located just above the block on the head on the right side of the motor, there are two clip/plug combos, should be able to probe those.

O dear,
u might want to have a look into my thread
i had the exact same code/issue.

in that case, my best guess is to not stuff around with deciphering the OBDII code yourself. go to a dealership or a honda specialist whom you trust. get them to run the HDS scanner to diagnose it. could be potentially a serious issue without me knowing, this happened to me and i left it for 6 months and it did some more damage to the engine.
