Please help my cd stacker reads the cd but no sound

Hey guys I have a s2000 with the tape player and the cd stacker
The stacker is reading the CDs but no sound and I no the sound works cause the radio works

I have tried burnt and normal CDs

If anyone can give me advice or no what to do it would help heaps cheers

Was it working before?
is the stacker connected via cable?
check connection between the stacker and tape player.
In most cases your stacker might be shot,try a cd lens cleaner inthe stacker.
Might be time to upgrade.

I bought it off a mate and he didn't no what was wrong yea I think I'll upgrade
But I have the audio controls on the dash so I need to find something to make them work with the new cd player

is it a burnt "copyied" cd if so most stackers will
not play these if so try a genuien cd and may fix it otherwise
yes check your cables and speakers

Hey man late reply
Um I've done genuine cd
And even for another s2k stacker
The speakers work cause the radio does and I checked the cord the whole way from the stacker to the head deck
Nothing looks old or bad

And the CDs get read just not played cause it shows u what track it is etc
