I am now very happy with my sound system, all was professionally done by the good guys at GL Pro Sound.
Their work is pro!

Here's the amp flush mounted to the back of the sub:

Sorry, the new split goes to stock location so can't take any pics of it.

Even though the stockies are very good (I must admit it!), the new system is much much better.

Here's my complete setup:
Front stage: Focal 165 K2P
Rear stage: Stock 6x9 (but faded anyway unless taking passengers)
Sub: Rockford HE2 12"
Amps: 2 x Audison SRx2s
Source: stock in-dash head unit
Battery: Optima Yellow Top 500cca
Cable: Stinger
Deadening: Focal pads

I have to upgrade the battery because using the stock battery, the dash light dims when playing the system hard :?

Now, here's the stock split if anyone is wondering:

Can you believe how small the magnet is??? Is it what is called the driver? I can't believe it is that small yet it can produce quite a good sound.

Let me know what you think of the install :D

That looks great! You have some awsome components. I can't wait to hear it. :D

What's the staging like? Is the bass responsive?

The tweeter is still a bit too bright, but of course it's still new and I need to let it wear down for around 40 hours of use.

The sub is brilliant, but I need more bass. I'm gonna have it re-tuned end of January next year to have more bass.

And here's the focal woofer in the stock location on the door. Can't really see much though.

The grill is one with the door trim, so I can't take it off.

hee hee, you think those stockies are crap you should see the brown paper-cone garbage that comes in the 5th gens

Looks a nice setup, wait till its worn in but Focals do tend to have bright tweeters compared to some others
