Hey Guys,

Decided to start my own thread considering the amount of mods I plan to do to my euro. I used to be known as SRVTIR on the forums but decided to start fresh with a new account, new car and new details.

Previous Rides:

So previously i have been running the CL9's. Had two of them. Bought both bog stock and modified as I went.

1st Euro: 2003 CL9 Lux.

Bare in mind that Chrome was all the rage back then so dont hate! ha-ha

When i bought it..totally standard

Got defected the same day i sold it. The guy was so pumped for the car, he agreed to clear the defect as part of the sale! Great guy! :thumbsup:

2nd Euro: 2007 CL9 Lux

I bought this baby from Queensland for an absolute steel. Had only 8,000kms.. was a beauty! :) Drove it down to Sydney. What a drive :)

Question.... How did you get the new lights on the '03 Euro? I thought the facelift models had different dimensions with the Bonnet, Grill, Lights and Bumper or else they wouldn't fit? Although yours look all 03 except the lights... or did you change all of them? :S

I've always wanted the 07+ lights but gave up cos Honda said they wouldn't fit without changing the entire front of my car

They fit. Even with the 03-05 ballast they fit with modifications. But if you're swapping non-HID lights into a non-HID euro, or 06-08 lights with ballast into an 03-05 lux, theyre a straight swap :)

Seem to have an intermittent problem with the o2 sensor. Anyone with a cu2 have this problem when installing the intake kits?

im just getting engine light problems. You reset the battery and its fine.. comes back probably every few weeks...

That was the only solution I've heard of, do can't help you soz. Did you plug everything in properly? Nothing is loose??

Yeah double checked everything.. im thinking its just the o2 sensor playing up.. well see how things go.. may buy a odb2 reader and test it out..

Considering its the same car .. and yes im the illest... get over it!


O2 sensor was the culprit.. its reading the p0172 - System Too Rich.. At present, the error light is now intermittently appearing. Seems to only occur when on idle.. plan to pull it all off this weekend and check it out...

Decided to go for coilovers. Looks like a may be a daddy soon so .... cant spend too big...

Thinking megan pro streets. Read up on the comparison thread and seen these didnt go too bad... 6s and 10s a pretty decent.. anyone had any experience with these first hand after a good run in.. x kms/miles??

ALSO - Roof Racks...

Seen this guy - Not sure if its legit or not as the roof rack systems i see have the little bracket that clicks onto the door frame.. This photo seems to show the roof rack with a screw in position on the water drainage points on the roof..

Thought about LED DRLs? I was thinking of getting something like on the current big-ass Accords. Dunno if it's integrated with the headlight unit or it's separate on the bumper just below the headlight.
