did you check them out? did you find out how much?I bought my coolant from Honda.
I got it for $46 for a five ltr container because i bought 20 ltr.
That was the cheapest i found.

y not just use nulon pre mix?

Fear of corroding the water pump. Honda coolant also lasts 100,000km, so the extra cost doesn't add up to much in the long run.

y not just use nulon pre mix?I'm using what my engine builder and honda has recommended.
I'm sure there are other brands that could be used but i'm sticking with honda premix.

I changed the nulon premix in my old accord after 70g km. Look the same as brand new. Regretted waisting my time after i saw how clean it was! use it in all my cars now!

Honda premix has organic inhibiters specially designed for alluminium engines.
I dont mind paying a few extra bucks to get the genuine product.

yes the honda coolants are good but you need to read up on what the main stream coolants are made from before you dismiss them ie the nulon coolant exceeds the specs of the honda coolant, this brand is renouned for being top of the range ,green two years or red for 5 years .
ive used this brand now for 5 years in all my cars and its gets a big tick for all there products ,read there specs at there web site you will be surprised,i was.
also pump and thremostat are not the main problem aluminium head rotting is and gaskets ,hoses

I'm just not going to use it.
Thats my choice and i'm sticking with it.
i know everyone wants to throw in there 10 cents worth but i really couldnt care less what anyone else is using.
I've been recommended to use honda premix coolant and thats what i will be using.
