Hey guys i know this isn't related to a car but i was considering starting gym. before i do my main concern is to start eating right but i want to take a supplement at the same time. anyone know of any solid/trusted brands that actually work in gaining mass ( weight ) im skinny and have a fast metabolism which means its quite difficult. I've tried musashi so far and no results ( yes with constant exercise and good diet) any ideas feel free to throw them in :)
thanks.

You should ask this in the gym junkies thread...

Having a fast metabolism is always annoying when it comes to weight gain, both my room mates have the same issue.

From what I've been told (PT at the gym I go to), to gain mass you want to do as little cardio-based exercise as possible. A warm-up on the treadmill is fine but nothing too excessive.

Other than that, lots of quality carbs and protein I guess.

I can't comment too much, my main problem IS weight gain -.-

Theres no supplement that makes you 'gain mass'. Just eat until you reach a calorie surplus. Weight gainers can only assist you in reaching that calorie surplus. Ive used Optimum Nutirion Serious Mass before and had good results, mainly because its quick to prepare calories.
