On a blue car get white rims. They look best against blue. Could always just re-spray the rims.

You mean Brembo. Have you considered just painting your calipers?

Big Brake Kits are expensive, especially the Brembo ones. And it's not like the OEM ones are lacking in power. Changing Pads and Rotors can also improve braking performance for a fraction of the price. (From memory, Brembo BBK are around the 3k mark just for the front)
