Hey guys,
Anyone got any pics of 17 inch regas or ce28n on jdm dc2r or just normal dc2r?
Happy to hear opinions on which rim suits better! Keep in mind 17" wheels look different to 15/16 to please guys.
Kind of useless thread but hopefully get some pics for me to compare.

Its not a fashion statement for my car but in saying that I still rather see what it looks like before i buy! I cant fit 16" over my brakes. And want better tyre options too

yea circuit hero dc2 is so inspiring. Leaning towards ce28 but was hoping to see more photos so i can finalise my decision!

get 16's with lower offset to accomodate brakes.

If your going 17s rega's for sure, they look hot and aren't too common in 17s

nah still got the endless' on just after seeing pics with 17's they look hot and theres so many rims with good width n offset available. cant find anything decent in 16" and i wouldnt mind the extra ground clearance too

i dont think 330mm stoptech bbk fits behind any 16's. Spoken to the boys at circuit hero and they've told me they tried concave te37, ce28, ssr type c etc and nothing will clear in 16's. That's why they're running the 17's. Because the barrel itself wont clear.

They must be massive rotors and calipers

It was te37 16*8 +15 , was a tight fit. Vyets has photos of it

not sure abou 17x9+18 but the 17x8+35 definately fit
the 9" wide rims are gonna poke massively compared to the 8" wide.
Its FWD better off getting same size all round. then running a staggered fitment unless your making good power and running the stagger reversed

Regamaster Evos all day every day. Not even a question... as for +18.... You will be well outside of your guards, it's not doable really, +35 is about the absolute limit for standard guards and +18mm will be 29mm further out. Not unless you want to destroy your rear guards to make them fit, sorry bud.
You're better off looking at something more sane like +40mm all round if you want to go that wide. I have 7" wide wheels and its a stretch with 205s to say they fit under the guards, if my tyres were any wider they wouldn't fit under stock guards.
If you go with an 8 on +35 you'll have to massage your guards, just saying, why **** a good car if you have one unless it's already a beater?
