Do headers/extractors fit other engines

So this might sound dumB but...... do other headers fit other hondas.
Does b-series headers/extractors fit H-series engines and so on...

If you're talking D to D it depends.

B to B is typically universal.

It's all about compatibility.

B18 and b16 Obly don't fit due to difference in block heights.

It depends on the brand,some fit both as its cheaper to make one size..

I thought all D-series were interchangeable (not sure about D17's).

B18 block I think is 8mm longer than the B16 block, so you need to check sump clearance, but as far as the exhaust ports are concerned then yes they're all interchangeable.
