Ek civic antenna. Better antenna!?

Hey guys had a quick search can't find anything.

Basically my antenna broke on my ek civic just wanna know what else will plug in and not look to bad.

Or should I just get an oem replacement. Reception isn't the best on them? Looking for something with a bit better range.

Surely there must be a better antenna I can plugging.

Btw running the stock 99 head unit inside.
