Regardless of stock intake or filter thats on there, please rule this out instantly. lol

If you research online no one has had a answer for the issue.

The sound in the video sounds like the IACV solenoid (or another solenoid, but I don't think there are any others in that area) going a bit beserk. What ECU are you using? In a hondata, you can change the IACV duty cycle. If you can change that, I'd suggest trying that, see what happens. (If you change the duty cycle and the noise changes, you know that's what's making the noise).

EDIT: Even easier, disconnect the wires to the IACV, and see if the noise stops.

I dont have a duty cycle on my ems im useing a ems stinnger, its a very strange sound. I just did a throttle clean out and its still making the sound. its going to get tuned soon so ill leave it and update the reason once i find out. sebtoobs thanks though!

nice EDIT lol, yeah when its disconnected the noise stops. So I have to remove it and reset it or check the coolant for a air lock as the hose on the IACV was leaking when i replaced it so it may have sucked in a bubble
