I own a Integra DC5 luxury sport model, its an auto (i know, i am gonna buy a type r when i get my green p's). i was wondering, if i wanted to upgrade to an integra type r gear box, would i have to go through at manual conversion etc?
As much details as possible please :/

just to let you know the engine in the luxury sport and type r are different. as in the type r k20 produces more power
and a dc5 type r gearbox aint cheap minimum at $1600 plus labour on converting your car to manual
In my opinion I think you should wait till you get you green p's and get the real deal
DC5R gear box will cost you at least $1.5-2K alone.
Then all the labour to convert it, not to mention you need to get the ECU to suit the engine for a manual gear box. Change the cluster to manual etc etc
Also the engine will not suit the gear box and will feel weird in regards to teh feel of revs before shifting to the next gear.
