yeah but I was hoping someone else may have had this issue before and could tell me what exactly to do, cause I think the guy is selling the car and if i tell the cops and they dont act fast enough the car will be gone, and there wont be any chance on finding the car, cause there would be no proof that he had it

Be grateful you know where you car is! Many people are left with no car and no insurance! Take advantage of your knowledge.

Maybe go to a cop station and ask for the manager. All managers usually produce much better results than staff. They might care more?
