what are these rims?!

Im looking for the JDM ITR stock rims, i understand that they can be found on a certain model of accord (unsure which) but i can never find some for sale, can anyone suggest where i can get a set

Also, can you suggest a different type of rims (preferably white), my car is black :)

Isn't your Pcd 4x100?, Jdm itrs are 4x114.3

found on accord euros, similar design to JDM DC5R wheels but abit different. JDM DC5R wheels were never on the accord think you got abit confused.

They are but the stud pattern is 5x114.3 so if youre planning to use on Integra LS it wont fit your 4x100

noob question: what do those numbers mean?

The numbers are the measurement of the wheels studs for a particular wheel or car

So an Integra LS is 4 and 100mm

The Accord Euro is 5 x 114.3mm :)

So basically, no matter what i cant get rims like that? regardless of if its the type r ones or the accord ones or anything like them? :(

You wouldn't need a conversion if you already have a 5stud conversion done.
Generally integra ls are 4 stud when they are stock, that is why people are saying it wont fit/need conversion as you didn't mention you have 5stud.
