Hey would the ITR gearbox directly bolt on the the b16a? My stock box is on its way.

All the b series boxes bolt up to b series engines. The only difference are the mounts. If you already have a hydro box it should drop in if your converting from cable to hydro it will require a different mount.

Not 100% correct.

All b series HYDRAULIC clutched boxes are interchangeable.

So, all b series cars from 91-00 are interchangeable ( give or take)


Oh , OP - the dc2r box is bolt in - assuming you have a hydraulic clutched gearbox ( ie not in a 2nd gen crx or ed civic)

There is an exception - the 3rd gen prelude motor and box.

While you have the type r box out maybe have someone inspect it/recondition it. Will save you headaches in the future.
