Unusual Idle

When I start my car up (b16a2).. the idle is around 1100 rpm..
Then after it's been running a while.. it goes down to 700rpm ?
Is that normal ?

yeh mate its cool can stop stressing
when the car starts up from cold it runs on the cold idle setting which in your case is 1100 rpm which is pretty reasonable probably where it should be
and when it gets to a decent idle temp it will go down to its normal idle rate
