Mates,

Mine is Jazz My06 GLI. When my fuel tanks are 70-80% full, The fuel smashing while you break or accelerate is very disturbing. I am not sure when it started happening. I believe its from Winter i see this happening. When i inquired at my Dealer last week they said its pretty common in Honda Vehicles and its a plastic Fuel tank and is expected to happen.

Is this true and you guys have the same as mine? If not what should i do? Live with it ??? :p

It's the fuel moving around in the tank, like shaking a full water bottle

nothing wrong with it

Yes Understood, but isn't irritating inside cabin on that? Or atleast I have the feeling of fuel or your car flooded at the bottom :)

The Jazz's fuel tank is under the front seats. It is there to allow the silly amounts of boot space and general interior room. The only bi-product is the sound which is so soft you didn't even notice until now. Alternatively you can but a new car or drive with a quarter tank of petrol instead. Or turn on the radio on and man up lol

curtis is right

the tank is underneath the front seats and you can hear the fuel sloshing around, nothing to be alarmed about. it usually happens in my jazz after a refill.
