Buddy Club Spec III have proven gains, but if you look at the cam profiles its very very similar to OEM Integra Type R cams. They are a good option for street cause they aren't that extreme.
Spec III is pretty much drop in and go, no tune neccesary but of course you will get more out of it when you do tune. My advice is if you go with this cam, upgrade to OEM ITR dual valve springs (expensive after-market ones are not neccesary). If you can be bothered, get new retainers (Stick to the OEM steel ones. I presume this is your daily driver? Titanium ones wear away rather quickly and anyway, you're not going to be revving that high so valve float won't be an issue)
IMO, ITB's are a fair waste of money if you aren't going that extreme... The OEM manifold with a good intake will be more than sufficient. Ask Adrian at TODA, I'm sure he's got a way of tweaking the OEM dual-runner manifold to perform with what you got.

IMO, they are too similar too Type R cams, so you would get minimal gains (assuming you ARE talking about Spec 3 and not Spec 3 +)
ITR cams
Int-240 dur. / 11.5mm lift
Exh-235 dur. / 10.5mm lift
BC spec3
INTAKE lift - 11.2 mm, duration 250 @1mm
EXHAUST lift - 11.5mm, duration 245 @1mm

Very unsafe to drop bigger cams in without computer tuning.ight get too much air in, lean out the mixture....
Also u get best result with tuning, ie: more power gain

BIG difference as it is a bigger camshaft than OEM ITR and BC Spec3:
Intake 296° 11.4mm
Exhaust 290° 11.8mm 0.009

So means I'll need aftermarket computer and tune to run these ¿ The standard computer won't work

You should be ok as ITR valvetrain is pretty substantial. But, you wont get much out of them until you tune..waste of money IMO if you don;t tune it.
