What would i need to fit these bad boy rims on my DC2R?

Hey fellow ozhondians :) I found some rims that i would really like but i may be pushing my luck with the fitment anyways here it goes ....
Genuine BBS RS - 5x114.3 2 - 16x7.5 et14, 2 - 16x8.5 et14 (Staggered Fitment)? Does ET mean offset? Also which ones would be perfect for rear?

Et is offset.
16x8.5 front
16x7.5 rear

You will need pumped up guards/fender flares.
