MY12 Accord Euro unresponsive?

I've done about 9000km and the car feels sluggish lately or unresponsive, do they normally reset or reprogram the computer by the dealer at 10000km service? This will be the first oil change for the car.

9000km on the factory mineral oil is pushing it. Don't worry, once the oil is changed at 10,000km, it will be responsive again. Mineral oil is good for 7000km or so. I had the same experience with my 2004 Euro with both Honda oil and Castrol Magnatec, both mineral oils.
