coilovers or spring and shock set up? what brands do you reccomend?

ey guys,

a mate of mine has a del sol crx, he recently bought coilover sleeves and shocks, off the skunk2 site..

even though all up it costed like $100 less than coilovers, whats your opinions on going with this setup?

also im thinking of going with just the coilover sleeves on my standard shocks(if possible) just so i get the height adjustments..

sorta thinking whether to get coilovers or not, i dont want the uncomfort of coilovers..

so what do you guys think?

thanks, i read most of it and its just coilovers vs springs.... i mainly want to know about the coilover sleeves advertised on the skunk2 website:
