I have a set of component speakers to put in my 07 jazz
I can't find anywhere to mount the speakers where they aren't exposed, id prefer to have them hidden, maybe in the vents if anyone has done it????

Have you thought of mounting them in the lil glass window up in pillar. make a fiberglass mould of it :)

i had the same problem you had! i was planning to do something like this:

http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/how-articles-provided-our-members/53732-cheap-adjustable-easily-replaceable-tweeter-pods.html

i mean, it was relatively easy and i could take it off without any sign it had ever been there. BUT i ended up just drilling holes into the door trims. There are some GD3s (overseas) that come with factory mounted tweeters. ill post up some pics later, but i drilled holes into the top corner where that plastic bit is and BAM! tweeters!

PS. its not the best place to mount them (for all you audiophiles out there)
