pulling is due to torque steer and the alignment being a bit off.

I got few ideas
start by getting wheel alignment to check out what happening what out of algnment,
Check for any worn bushes, check your camber, caster and toes

After everything ok get new set of high performance tyres (toyo, bridgestone Re002 or something that works)
And another wheel alignment when you get the tyre too to redure tyre wear

Maybe some stiffer engine mounts ?

Alignment of the motor also affects how it travels, it really depends how well the driver side mount was aligned and welded to the CRX chassis, as I know that Hasport mounts for k-swap EF's don't sit nicely to Australian spec ED's.
