Hey guys, woke up this morning to find that a rock had broken the glass on my left fog light. Any idea how much it would cost to get it fixed? Is there any way to prevent it from happening again? (I do a lot of FWY driving.) I know there are headlight protectors out there, but don't think there's something for fog lights.

A rock broke through the glass, but the reflector and globe are still in tact.

You can get some protective film to stick over your foggies, how effective that may be though, i'm not sure.

But it would add a layer of protection from any debris and rocks on the road.

Some smaller sellers do sell just that cover on its own .. I'd have to find where I saw it again though.

But unlucky mate, but unfortunately its one of those things you can't really avoid >_< .. had it happen on my mates car, swapped it with one that was polycarbonate? and it got smashed two days later :-p

Yeah, I'm hoping that I can just change the glass. How much was the polycarbonate?
