MY10 8th Gen Civic VTI - Can I install a 6 disc CD Stacker?!

Hey guys, I found out that only VTI R can have 6 cd stacker and my 8th gen civic vti can only have a single cd player unit.

Can I purchase and 6 stacker that fits into my civic? How much is it and is it hard to diy ?

you can install it if you wish, nothing is impossible. The head unit needs to be replaced with one from a VTi-L. Shouldn't be a overly difficult job

Duffy has a spare one, however im not sure if its the 6 stacker or 1.

Why waste time with a stacker, get a mp3 head unit and chuck 1000s of cds onto one USB memory stick.

Not to mention the stacker adds weight to the car.

yes i am aware of the mp3 option, i have already got that but am after the stacker for another reason so yea :D

CD's for better sound quality? .. you need to look into FLAC mayte

I seen a few units on ebay previously. You can get one out of a VTi-L or a Sport model direct fit
