Personally, I love mine. Quality is excellent and it's very comfortable.

However, it should be whether YOU like them, not other people. Too many people mod their cars to impress other people and to have this giant e-penis that they can swing around. If you just want to attract attention, get a girl with big fake **** who wears low cut tops.

The dc5r wheel is ugly,a Nardi would look hot in there

and as far as quality Nardi are one of the best

Is it even legal, considering it has an airbag?

lol wth, its not about impressing anyone. its just that like dc5r steering wheels r already momo and look quite good. but i love the suede nardis!thats why im contemplating. id rada spend the money on mounts or somin if its not really worth it. anyway to add to my question is it easy to bypass the airbag light?

Unfortunately removing the airbag from a DC5R automatically makes it non compliant with the relevant ADRs to which it was constructed, and means the car is technically unroadworthy in every state and territory of Australia.

Yep. IMO, it's really not worth removing the airbag to change the steering wheel. I mean, that thing could save your life. If my DA9 had a stock airbag, I sure as hell wouldn't have removed it to fit a Nardi.

will void your insurance by removing airbag for non airbag wheel

I think it's possible to get your OEM wheel retrimmed in suede, but it's not cheap. Here's one company in England that does it: http://royalsteeringwheels.com/, but I'm sure there will be someone that can do it locally.

Love my nardi too.

There are boss kits out there that have airbag delete's but as other have said. If the car comes standard with an airbag, then the nardi will make it illegal.

Quick question, was thinking of getting a Nardi as well. Was looking at NRG Slim Hub then my Nardi Wheel. Will that work? Cheers

Was looking at getting a Wheel myself, quick question though to install it. I was looking at an NRG Slim hub ---> Then my wheel. Will that work?

I believe NRG hubs fit the MOMO/ISOTTA/NRG/Sparco steering wheel bolt pattern (70mm PCD), whereas Nardis and Personals use a 74mm PCD. The NRG Quick Release will allow you to fit both types of wheel, otherwise you can just grab an adapter from ebay or the like. I paid $20-40 for mine, works perfectly between my MOMO boss kit and Nardi classic.

Yeah, i saw a boss kit that im sure will fit straight on but its huge. I want to maintain the closest stock position as possible. Dont want the steering wheel in my face, so i thought i would get the NRG Slim HUB. Guess ill get the quick release with it for my Nardi
