Hey all,
Just got off the phone with my mechanic and he's advised me the knocking sound in my suspension is a result of play in the front swaybar link rods.

I trust him but he doesn't know where he can source these (so he's going to call Honda and find the cost of an OEM replacement on Monday).

Does anyone know how much these link rods will cost or if it would possibly be cheaper to upgrade the front sway bar?

Guessing by your DP it's a EM1 you have?
JDMyard has both aftermarket and oem endlinks.
Have a look at his trader section, might be cheaper than what Honda will quote.

As above

Look at OEM endlinks or hardrace as a second option

DONT get anything else.

I'll give them a call first thing tomorrow.

Just confirming are end links / Hardrace the same as Swaybar link rods?

Yes they are,
i had the same issue when i bought my EM1, both front endlinks were snapped and the suspension was solely relying on the springs and camber arms. Then i bought me some Hardrace endlinks from JDMyard and the rest was history. :)

+1 to hardrace enlinks

Might just be bushes that need replacing.
