Exhausts system for fd2 ?

HEy guys i was just wondering what exhausts systems would give the fd2 some good gains and how much gains? ?
Do exhaust system give better fuel effiency and what other benefits is there?

Have a look on 8thcivic.com as well, those guys always have something there for you. I've got a custom 2.4" catback with dual cannons as my mufflers and its friggen loud..
