put a b20 bottom end in.. with a b16 head, convert the block to support vtec and thats all you need to do.... plus a ECU.

I wouldn't be turboing a B20vtec as the motor doesn't suit it

Internet Mechanic's can make anything fit ! They don't even charge for labour ;) or ever get there hands dirty! Might as well make it 3" piston to bore clearances !
Thanks mr expert ! lol NOT

OK

1) Head will need to drilled to allow for the different position of the dowels on a B20 as opposed to B16

2) Oil supply hole in VTEC head will need to be tapped and plugged at face surface

3) External oil feed line will need to be fitted. Usually "T" off oil pressure switch and run to fitting at rear of head adjacent to cyl 4

4) Pistons will need the inlet valve cutouts enlarged as the VTEC head runs a 33mm valve as opposed to 31mm on the B20 head

5) ARP head studs should be used

6) ARP rod bolts and closed and honed rods are HIGHLY recommended as you will be revving this motor a LOT higher than the bottom end was designed to

7) Ancillary items will have to be addressed due to the motors need for more air/fuel

Hope this helps
