Dc2 pre facelift bumper question

I was wondering the best way to spray the inside bumper bit black.
Did it actually come with the white inside or was it actually black but sprayed white? Does it actually come off the actual bumper itself? I bought it and it was white:

but I want it Black like so:

I haven't attempted to take it off yet but will do so in a week or so.
Any help/comments is appreciated!

It wasnt black just unpainted plastic. Just take off the bumper off, mask it up spray it in matte black.

Your pre-facelift bumper was sprayed, so you would have to spray it back to black. Not that hard, just mask the surroundings you dont want black and spray away. But you'll have to take off your bumper first.
