Hey guys,

I recently bought a buddyclub exhaust from a mate, anyway getting to the point i had to raise my cars height so I put on my 18" rims at a tyre shop and as the car was being reversed on to the hoist my exhaust hit the hoist and now has a hole in it, so i would like to ask is there anyway I can fix this hole on my exhaust even though that its titanium? Because I went to an exhaust shop and they said it cannot be fixed because it is titanium the weld won't hold :s PLEASE HELP

Thank You all :)

It can be welded, just call around. But hey if the tire shop stuffed you exhaust. I wouldnt want it fixed. Id want a new one!!!!!!!!! You buy a premade exhaust for a reason.
Dont get exhaust shops to screw with it.

This. With the right gear and skills it can be welded, but why would you want them to do this? Their fault that this has happened, get them to rectifying it correctly and replace it with a new one. Having weld marks on your pre-made JDM exhaust will definitely devalue it when it comes to selling it. Not really in your best interest to do this.

I would compromise if it was a custom one. But not an expensive BuddyClub one. stay firm and get a new one!

They are not titanium. You can fix stainless steel exhaust depending on the condition of it

Not Ti, just cheap ass thing SS that sounds like a rattle can.

Ti does not get a hole that easy, very strong.

It usually dents if seriously hit

thats why you just dont go to any exhaust shop especially this one if they cant tell the difference between ss and ti
im guessing they told you bullshit to just piss you off so they didnt have to touch it

What's the difference in sounds any way? Aren't they both going to make the same sound?
