Hey guys I've noticed there is water getting into to car from my passenger side. I've found it comes from behind the dash piece to the left of the glove box (see attached pic below). I'm thinking its a leak from the windscreen. If anyone else has/had this problem let me know

its your aircon evaporator drain tube, you have been using the AC and the water created is ment to leak outside the vehicle via the drain tube. since it have popped off water is leaking onto your carpet.
look under there and reattach it

It doesn't happen when I used the Aircon. Seems to only happen in heavy rain or when I wash the car

check the seal behind the door trim, ensure it has not lifted from the metal frame.

Got a sunroof ?! Might be a loose drain tube on the passenger side ( if it drains that way on the EK chassis)
Otherwise do as ECUMAN said- pull back further and investigate
Even try run a hose on the roof or onto the bonnet - look on the inside and see if u can isolate where the leak is coming from

No sunroof. I checked the door seals and all looked fine but ill look again. The window seals look alright but ill do as suggested, pull the plastics off and see if I can pin point the leak
Cheers guys

I want not talking about your rubber door seals, I mean the plastic sheet under the door trim that covers the inside of the door.

After 15 years of weathering silicon will give away eventually
