hondata flash pro - remapping??

Sorry, but i have no clue about flashpro.

I'm planning to buy a second hand flashpro for my civic fn2r
and the guy said it need to remap.

What does that mean...?

it means you have to pay to have the car tuned on a Dyno, the operator will "Map" the ECU to get the best performance and emissions from the vehicle.

the flashpro is what allows the remapping to occur

Oh. Thank man. Do you have to do this as well on brand new one as well or you can plug and plug and hook it up into a laptop?

u plug in, then the tuner run on dyno and adjust on the laptop to gain more power.
