I got new PLM big tube tri y headers and i am honestly clueless at what this part might be?
Any info guys?

Support that gets welded onto them and holds onto the chassis with 2 bolts I'm pretty sure. someone else confirm

Looks like a weld on bracket to your header.
This then bolts to another bracket on engine block to secure your header more firm rather than Just header bolts.

Yup. It's a weld on bracket and totally up to you if you want to use it or not.
The factory 98 spec jdm dc2r 4-1 header have them for eg. So does many other Hondas, eg civics etc
I guess the benifit is less stress on the header to prevent it from cracking. Especially cracking where the tubings are welded to the manifold flange.
