Hi, Ive been to a few rim shops and 16 inch appears to be a minority these days, not many styles to choose from. So does anyone have any experience with 17 inch rims on a honda civic ek . Would be great if you can post some pics thanks.

15s or 16s are idea for EKs.
There are quite a few 16 inch rims in a 4x100 stud pattern and in different styles.
Try the trader section or browse around gumtree or ebay and you'll be sure to find a nice set.

17" would look a bit unpropitious but it really depends on you.
will need to run really low profile like XX/20-35/R17 tyres if your going to lower the car.

I live in Sydney and I just went to all Tempe tyres, taleb,St George,Ozzy, big o, only Tempe has some 16 inch but not allot of style and crazy expensive.I don't plan on lowering car.they all say that 17 is legal.they all instal 40 offset and 40 percent thicknessbut I know that 16 is ideal so just wondering if anyone has tried 17 before
