ek idle issue

Hey guys,

With my new ek, I've notice when I start the car warm it idles at 900- 1k rpm but once warmed up it sits on 1500rpm. Its like its doing the opposite as it should.

Any cause for this? Thanks :)

Although this topic has been covered many times, I do have another solution for this problem.

My Civic was having the ridiculously high idle problem (sitting at ~1.8k RPMs) until I found my exhaust system had several large holes towards the muffler. I got this replaced with a new pipe and so far my civic has not seen a high idle and is so much more quieter (Touch wood)

Thanks for the help,
even though I did search (which I know it's a sensitive thing), I received unrelated results. Turned out my throttle body was covered in junk.
