is this possible[as in straight swap]... i'm assuming dc2 is 4 stud as well...

You'll find that it can be done, the bolt holes that hold the caliper in place will line up but the problem will be with the offset of the disc and the caliper. Also the outside edge of the caliper may interfer with the wheels that your running.
