Quick question:

Does anyone know if the OEM endlinks for the DC2R's rear sway bar has rubber bushings that the sway bar connects to?

I know their is a bushing for the part of the endlink that connects to the LCA, but need to know if there is one that the sway bar connects directly to the endlink.

My problem is that i have a whitline rear sway bar with hardrace endlinks. No rubber between the endlinks and the sway bar, which i assume is causing a squeak evertime i go over a bump which has been band-aided with some grease...

Bushing is on the swaybar

just to confirm? OP has a DC2R, and DC2R's had the bushings inside the bar as opposed to on the end link.
so now that hes replaced it with a aftermarket sway bar he has recieved one that does not have an internal bushing?
so the bare sway bar and bare end link are in contact?

does the DC2 (not R) have endlink on the bushing or sway bar?

There's bushing in the dc2r stock endlink, you're referring to the D bushes that bolts on to subframe is it?

Get graphite impregnated bushings so you don't have to grease it up all the time.

I just found an old endlink, there is no bushing where the sway bar bolts into it, so the bushing must be on the stock dc2r sway bar.

Any idea where i can get these from ?

Well, there is a gap, so the sway bar moves whenever i hit a bump and sometimes turn i presume.
They are too hard to find themselves, i might just buy a stock DC2R rear sway bar.

oh

its not #2 then daniel its #1.
i cant help u there.

the bush should be in #1. what sway bar is it? looks like its adjustable
yea oem dc2r has bush on #1 while yours doesnt.

cusco ek9 rear sway bar is like that too, no bushing in #1 area
but it doesnt squeek. must be your D bush that squeeks.

but ek9 has different endlink and it bolts tight to the swaybar.
your one looks hella loose

And btw how is a sway bar 'adjustable' ?

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to mocchi again.

Yea prob find an oem swaybar.

Greasing the endlinks/d bushing has helped quite a bit.

whoever installed that swaybar did some dodgy shit

you can see the OEM endlink is now bent inwards because its being squeezed together by the bolt

whiteline uses 'S' style endlinks

im pretty sure the sway bar end link bushes are the same as EG ones, i replaced them when i installed a DC2R sway bar.
Part #: 52316-SA5-000 (need 2)

And since you say your whiteline sway dosnt have bushes, you will need the collars as well.
Part #: 52312-SE0-000 (need 2)

Look at the pics, he can't use the standard EG/DC2 endlinks on the Whiteline swaybar. The Whiteline bar has a different end design

what if the person bought a DC2 sway bar instead of a DC2r designed one, not knowing about the different bushing placement
