Is this a 2012 model?
I'm sure this would be out of Honda's tolerable limits of oil consumption - take it back immediately before warranty runs out, that is a LOT for a brand new car.

Jesus
You poor guy
How many kms? Did you run in the car from new?
There have been a minority of K24 engines consuming oil
Remember - when you first break in an engine it will consume a bit of oil
My 18 year old accord with 253,xxxkms doesn't even go through 100mls per 2000kms

Random but even bmws as high end cars have an acceptable tolerance of upto 700ml/1000ks for non m cars and even more for m cars.

400ml for 1000k?
take it back to honda.
It's probably got a faulty seal somewhere.
