spraying with touch up paint gun and air compressor?

hey, i just bought my touch up paint gun today, and the paint from that paint shop on princess hwy, it says they recommend 30 PSI when spraying but how do i know what my PSI is? the touch up paint gun does not have one of those gauges, and the air compressor that i have only has a gauge that shows you how much air is inside :/

You need to connect an air pressure regulator in-line with the gun, preferably right before the gun since that way you don't have to worry about additional pressure losses from the regulator to the gun. I'd recommend buying a water filter too that also sits before the gun (and before the regulator), because any water that gets sprayed with the paint can quickly ruin your fresh new paint.
